Workers engaged through Prime Agency may include:

• Singapore citizens or permanent residents
• Foreign students studying in Singapore
• Other legally eligible individuals permitted to work in Singapore

All workers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with their own visa, pass, and work eligibility conditions under Singapore law.

Prime Agency does not represent, warrant, or guarantee the legal work eligibility of any individual beyond reasonable onboarding checks.

Prime Agency acts as a coordinator and platform provider only.

Nothing on this website or through our services constitutes:

• An employer-employee relationship
• A partnership or joint venture
• An agency relationship unless explicitly stated in writing
